Project Management System

Our processes should serve us, we should not serve the processes. It is important to have processes defined so that we can stay coordinated. We are a small team, so we use a lightweight project management system to avoid bottlenecks and keep moving fast. This system will evolve with time, as our team grows.

Preventing Overruns

We prevent time and cost overruns by doing a lot of design work and planning before we jump into implementation for a project. We also have individual developer worklogs so that leadership can keep in sync with how much time different tasks are taking.

Specture System

We use the Specture System to organize our project specs. It is optimized for teams like our (small, uses lots of AI agents). We don’t need a big complicated issue tracking system, it would just slow us down and create bottlenecks.
